Frank N. Messina is owner and principal of allRisk Damage Experts. As the son of Italian immigrants, a combined focus on family, community and hard work has always been a way of life for Frank. Messina attended South Philadelphia High School, and obtained his education via his 30+ plus years in the insurance restoration and cleaning industry. Partnering with Dean Ragone in 1988, together they have built allRisk into one of the leading full-service disaster recovery contractors in the tri-state area. In the early years, Frank placed a focus on introducing the firm to public entities and the teams of professional services that wrap-around them to provide insurance and claims services. As the team’s reputation for specializing in this unique market grew, so did the opportunity for Frank to delivery on his personal promise of excellent service in more public institutions across New Jersey. Today, allRisk maintains relationships with joint insurance funds, public entities and TPA’s that date back to allRisk’s first few years in business. Ziggy Osinski

Professional Experience:

1994-2014 Chief Operating Officer & SVP of Construction

Ziggy Osinski joined allRisk Property Damage Experts in 1994 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ziggy manages a field staff of over 65 employees and is responsible for all construction operations. In his capacity as SVP of Construction, Ziggy has supervised the restoration and construction of 4,500+ projects, with a heavy concentration in public entity. In addition Ziggy works closely with allRisk’s Emergency Response and Environmental divisions, as well as the firm’s team of estimators, architects and engineers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Under Ziggy’s stewardship, allRisk has expanded its services beyond disaster recovery to include tenant fit-out projects. Given his vast scope, Ziggy is best known in the industry for maintaining his hands-on approach while overseeing an average of 30 projects on a concurrent basis.

Ziggy’s depth of experience is founded in managing an impressive cross section of longstanding clients. His knowledge of the conditions and regulations specific to public entity, education, commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality and multi-family housing markets is an invaluable asset to the company, and has earned him the respect of his peers and clients. He is largely credited with fostering he company’s reputation for 24/7 accessibility, and cultivating a culture known for its unmatched work ethic, integrity, and passion for customer service.

Project Highlights:

  • Anchorage Tavern ’07 – credited with saving foundation and condemnation of historic site. Notwithstanding the unrelated structural delay, Ziggy and his team completed reconstruction an impressive 4 months ahead of time, saving the carrier a half-million dollars in business interruption.
  • Sentinel Properties ’09 – thru present – awarded multi-year contract for rolling fit-out and renovation at Philadelphia’s most prestigious address, Rittenhouse Square.
  • Hurricane Irene 2011 – cross trained in emergency mitigation, Ziggy was deployed in the field for 28 days straight, crisscrossing the states the states of NJ and PA, leading, executing and monitoring all phases of the firm’s one hundred (100) Irene flood loss assignments received in a one week period from 8/28/11 through 9/5/11.

Thomas Messina

Professional Experience:

2000-2014 Sr. Vice President – allRisk Property Damage Experts

In his leadership role, Tom Messina is the firm’s most senior estimator responsible for preparing scopes of work and costs of repair to professionally restore fire, water and mold damaged structures to pre-loss condition. His experience also includes bidding on both public and private projects in excess of $2,000,000.00 renovations/restorations. Estimates have been prepared for commercial, industrial, medical, institutional and residential properties. Prior to his estimating role, Tom acted as the Director of Emergency Response, providing hands-on supervision of 30 technicians, and directed 1600+ emergency mitigation services and restoration projects. Tom expanded allRisk’s certifications and services by developing the company’s Environmental Division, responsible for all mold and category III remediation projects.

1992-1999 Vice President – Depew-Martin Appraisers, LLC

Obtained the highest license granted by the State of New Jersey to perform real estate valuations, NJ State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Acting as a senior appraiser, completed approximately 500 commercial and industrial property valuations. Responsibilities included initial client engagement, physical inspection, market studies, quantitative valuation and final opinion of value. Appraisals were performed for financing, condemnation, estate and tax appeal purposes.

Christine Messina is Vice President of allRisk Property Damage Experts. She began her career at allRisk in 2002 as a production coordinator serving the firm’s Construction & Restoration division. In 2005 Christine transitioned into a community and market relations role representing allRisk in industry organizations, with an emphasis on public education entities, higher education institutions, and senior housing. Through these professional development groups, it is Christine’s ongoing mission to better learn the issues and goals important to her clients and develop ways to meet those challenges. Following the high impact events of Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, Christine has dedicated much of her time as a featured speaker, to transform disaster “lessons learned” into actionable preparedness implementation for businesses, community leaders and senior citizens. In her mission she motivates every individual to “be their own first responder”, and provides no cost and low cost guidance on how to do so. Christine obtained her Bachelors of Arts degree from Lafayette College in 1995 and resides in Haddonfield, NJ with her husband and children. As the mother of two active boys, her home environment provides plenty of inspiration to always be prepared for the unexpected.

Louis Crisci

Professional Experience:

2002-2014 Senior Vice President – allRisk Property Damage Experts

In his role as SVP, Director of Operations, Lou is responsible for leading the firm’s emergency mitigation division, which responds to large losses due to water, fire, sewage, mold and structural failure. In Lou’s twelve years, he has managed 3,000 projects, with single projects in excess of $3 million. Lou is responsible for providing oversight to his AVP, Emergency Service Supervisor, Crew Chiefs, Field Technicians, Warehouse and Administrative Staff which can total 80+ employees. Lou is the central point of command for all inbound new loss assignments, and overnight emergency calls requesting emergency response. In one of his key functions, Lou identifies and establishes communication with the insured, carrier, broker, TPA and adjuster to ensure that information is centralized and shared with ease for a smooth claims process. Dispatching lead assessment teams, evaluating daily progress reports, dispatching estimators, developing daily and on-call schedules, communicating daily updates to insured and insurance contacts, and providing hands-on-supervision of large losses comprise much of the logistical duties of the SVP of Operations. In addition, Lou manages the reporting software and programs to prepare and/or approve the emergency service invoices.
