A Message from Dean A. Ragone

Dear Members of the allRisk family, business associates, community leaders and friends:

I am writing to inform you that after 20+ years of leadership and active involvement in building a company I truly love, I am stepping down from my position as owner and principal of allRisk Property Damage Experts.

From the earliest years, when the firm was much smaller in size and scope, to allRisk’s present day vast reach and capabilities, guiding the growth of this firm will always be among my greatest passions, fondest memories and proudest accomplishments.

You all know me well enough to know, how strongly I feel about teamwork.  I want to recognize the hard work of my fellow management team, and equally, the day-to-day contribution of every employee and member of the allRisk family.   allRisk’s evolution from fledgling start-up, to premiere full-service restoration contractor, can be attributed to one reason, and one reason only:  teamwork.   Thank you for all that you have done to make allRisk what is today.  Thank you for your time and effort, and all those moments, seen and unseen, when you went the extra mile while others do the bare minimum. I hope you will always remember that “the only obstacles in life, are the ones in your mind”, and how important it is to continue the tradition of achieving success through teamwork.

Although I am happily moving on to the next chapter of my life, I will always happily remain a member of the allRisk family.  I wish you and your families all the best in your personal, professional and community endeavors.  To the best in the business, I wish Team allRisk a very successful next 20 years and beyond!
